Over the next few minutes, you’ll learn a 5-step process designed to deprogram self-sabotage, depression, and anxiety, allowing you to shift effortlessly from chaos into true clarity.
1. Ask Yourself – “What do I think I need today?"
Take a deep inhalation, hold it in your mind, and let the energy churn. Breathe in and out until that chaos communicates in some way.
2. Drop Into Your Heart – “What do I actually need today?”
As you exhale, drop the question from your mind into your heart. Notice any shift or sign—perhaps an interruption in your energy flow.
3. Allow a Spiritual Download
Feel into your body. Is there an emotion rising up? Are you stuck in your head? Allow whatever is flowing through you to express itself. Take your time; there’s no rush.
4. Ask – “What do I need right now?”
Stay with this question as long as necessary until you feel a natural release—perhaps a long, slow exhale that releases tension.
Note: Our minds often fixate on “I want, I want, I want,” which can keep us in chaos. By dropping into the heart, we start to heal neglected parts of ourselves and shift from fear to aligned action.
5. Integrate – Let the energy settle
Check in: “What do I think I want? What do I feel like I need?”
Then ask yourself: “How does that drop into my body?”
Observe any physical sensations —relief, warmth, openness—as you align with your true path.
REAL-LIFE EXAMPLE
“Today, I thought I needed more time, which created anxiety and tension. But when I asked what I actually needed, the answer was simply to focus on one thing at a time. Dropping that realization into my body dissolved pressure in my shoulders and brought a gentle warmth into my sacral area, my true power center…”
By taking a few mindful breaths and distinguishing between what I think I need vs. what I truly need, I interrupt self-sabotaging patterns and step into authentic alignment.
